- Site Preparation
Before starting construction, it is essential to prepare the site. This includes:
- Leveling the ground.
- Conducting soil studies to ensure a solid foundation.
- Executing the project foundation, such as a shallow slab.
- Structure Assembly
This is one of the fastest phases of the process. The galvanized steel profiles that will form the building’s framework are assembled.
- Main profiles: Used to assemble wall panels, floor joists, or roof structure.
- Fasteners: Chemical and mechanical anchors to fix the frame to the foundation and specific screws to ensure the stability and strength of the structure.
- Installations
